KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Subcontracts/Vendor Management to join our Federal Risk Consulting organization.


  • Strategize at the practice-level on go to market opportunities and subcontracting strategies

  • Initiate and negotiate agreements (including Non-Disclosure Agreements, subcontracts, and other corporate documents)

  • Review subcontractors / vendors and purchase orders for compliance and adherence to practice guidelines

  • Maintain good customer service relations with internal and external clients, including subcontractors

  • Assist in planning internal and external subcontract reviews and audits (by Government and independent agencies)

  • Maintain Contracts Data Management system in a timely manner


  • Minimum of ten years of Government contract administration experience; preferably from a professional service firm

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in resolving complex government subcontracting matters, performing risk assessments and recommending business solutions

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Deltek business software

  • Minimum travel is required

  • U.S. citizenship required
