KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Subcontracts/Vendor Management to join our Federal Risk Consulting organization.
Strategize at the practice-level on go to market opportunities and subcontracting strategies
Initiate and negotiate agreements (including Non-Disclosure Agreements, subcontracts, and other corporate documents)
Review subcontractors / vendors and purchase orders for compliance and adherence to practice guidelines
Maintain good customer service relations with internal and external clients, including subcontractors
Assist in planning internal and external subcontract reviews and audits (by Government and independent agencies)
Maintain Contracts Data Management system in a timely manner
Minimum of ten years of Government contract administration experience; preferably from a professional service firm
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Experience in resolving complex government subcontracting matters, performing risk assessments and recommending business solutions
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Deltek business software
Minimum travel is required
