We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management/Internal Audit Intern to assist comScore’s Enterprise Risk Management team. The position will provide a good overview of the disciplines of Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Sarbanes Oxley (a systematic process for assessing and evaluating an organization’s internal controls over financial reporting).

What does an Enterprise Risk Management/Internal Audit Intern at comScore do?
Assist in comScore’s ongoing risk management activities to ensure the organization has the right processes, people, and systems in place to meet the organization’s business objectives. This is accomplished through ongoing risk assessment and testing activities.
What is your day-to-day involvement?
Assist in the identification of the company’s risks, perform risk assessments through a combination of surveys and interviews with management and subject matter experts, and summarize results to report back to management
Assist in the performance of internal audits of areas of identified risk – test key controls that mitigate the identified risks
Update process documentation over key processes that support the company’s preparation of financial statements
Work with the VP – Enterprise Risk Management to review existing key controls over financial reporting and identify areas for increased efficiency
Design testing strategies and perform testing of key controls over financial reporting

Be a rising undergraduate Junior or Senior at an accredited university or college with a Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or IT or related major
Full-time undergraduate student
